Plenty of fresh seafood, with salmon in particular, wild if you can.

Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, picked recently if you can.

Lots of good fats like avocado, soaked nuts, flaxseeds and olive oil.

Clean drinking water and oxygen.

Don’t over exercise your heart, it will only go so far no matter how fit you think you are.

Plenty of love and laughter, kindness and gratitude.

Antibiotics kill your Probiotics

Any antibiotic will kill the probiotics in your gut.  The natural gut bacteria and any commercial ones that have been replacing them with will die when they come into contact with antibiotics.  The natural antibiotics that we fondly use such as honey, garlic, onions, even colloidal silver, are still antibiotics and will kill your probiotics.  If you are using these products regularly you need to be aware that you are wiping out your probiotic colony.

Bisphenol A

BPA is a hardener used in plastics and is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is estrogenic and disrupted healthy fertility and endocrine development in laboratory rats.  It has a history in fertility problems and causes early puberty in children.

This is so disgusting on all levels that it is still being used and is still found in baby bottles, which is made worse by putting them in the mircowave to heat up drinks.  It leaches into the products which is then ingested and disrupts the endocrine system, i.e. more estogen in your body.

If you have cancer it will encourage cancer cell growth. 

Watch out for BPA free bottles and keep canned food to a minimum.  Take Away containers are full of BPA – avoid them and don’t put them in the microwave.

Alkaline water warning

Drinking alkaline water actually disrupts the acid balance of the gut and interferes with digestion and the production of digestive enzymes.  The gut needs to be acidic, with the blood alkaline.

Alkaline water is great for your blood, but should not be fed through the gut, bathe in it instead, spritz the skin, foot soaks, underarm deodorant alternative, but never through the gut.

Calming the Mind for Health

When you are calm and grounded you create a very powerful biochemical affect in the body that allows healing and regeneration of cells and tissue to take place.

When you are stressed you also create a biochemical reaction that is toxic and degenerative.  No healing can take place under these conditions.

Meditation, yoga, calming music, thoughts, feelings and words will help to create the right conditions for this to happen, but you must be proactive in mind management all day every day.  You will see the health benefits, relationship benefits and youthful appearance in a short period of time.

No worry lines, frowns, pursed lip lines, or stiff shoulders.  If that is the result on the outside, imagine what is happening on the inside?  If only we could observe our inner body – it would be so interesting.

Salt

Don’t use table salt as it has aluminium in it as a preservative.

Go for salt flakes, sea salt, or the ultimate Himilayan Salt, which is pink – it’s natural colour – and has around 84 minerals in it.  How easy to get your mineral intake while flavouring your food.

Polysorbate 80- ???????????

Would you be happy to be injected with Polysorbate 80?

This is a preservative in the swine flu vaccine, general flu vaccines and may other vaccinations, most approved for children and pregnant women, and actually says on the packet that it may cause infertility.  New laws have been passed to stop pharmaceutical companies being liable for side affects of vaccines.  You had better do your research first.  Find out what preservatives are in these things before you inject.

Sounds so simple, but not so easy to do.

Most of us have a sugar addiction, but weaning yourself off this drug (listed by the FDA) will be the best health insurance you will ever take out.  Not only will you lose weight and keep it off, but you will also assist your organs, blood and brain by removing this evil substance.  There are so many health benefits to this simple rule – no sugar, but remember sugar is also found in fruit, drinks and other hidden sources that you don’t think of, like sauces, bread, alcohol and so on.
