When you are calm and grounded you create a very powerful biochemical affect in the body that allows healing and regeneration of cells and tissue to take place.
When you are stressed you also create a biochemical reaction that is toxic and degenerative. No healing can take place under these conditions.
Meditation, yoga, calming music, thoughts, feelings and words will help to create the right conditions for this to happen, but you must be proactive in mind management all day every day. You will see the health benefits, relationship benefits and youthful appearance in a short period of time.
No worry lines, frowns, pursed lip lines, or stiff shoulders. If that is the result on the outside, imagine what is happening on the inside? If only we could observe our inner body – it would be so interesting.
